Lab 11/10

Hard to read, but this is a rough draft of a new drug label for the OTC medicine, Theraflu.

No color yet, and the layout's still pretty tight.

My own stuff 11/10

This past week has been really great.

I was able to talk to my advisor about my

semester thus far, and I told her that the

classes aren't bad, and the work isn't too

difficult compared to last year, but for

some reason, my work just isn't up to par

with what I feel it should be.

Last year I would make projects that were

extremely difficult to execute, and because

all the students' skill levels were different,

I wouldn't mind that my work would look

awful compared to someone else's because

I was proud of what I had accomplished.

This semester should result in far better

work because not only is it "easier" but I

am in my major, but that hasn't been the

case. Teresa helped me realized that this is

probably because I don't feel challenged

or creative enough.

After I realized this I felt so relieved that I

had not lost my skill at being a designer,

but rather I had just lost some inspiration.

Since then I have felt so much better, and I

feel like I can create good work again. I really

think that this Grey's project is going very

well so far.

My other classes are also improving.

Thank God I have just over a month to prove

to my teachers that I can indeed design.
